My name is Ana, and as a medic in the Army National Guard, I'm trained to work under pressure, move fast, and take care of people on the worst day of their lives.

Bringing that same discipline to real estate looks like clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to getting your home sold or secured. VA loans are one of my specialties, but not my limit.

It's my second year in real estate. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Middle Tennessee. I've lived in Franklin since I was 4 years old, I'm fluent in Spanish, and I'm currently earning my marketing degree at Belmont. I'm an educator at heart, so I'll make sure you understand every step, and I'll work to make the whole process as smooth as possible. I'd be honored to work with you next.

Why this site is a classroom

Most agent websites are built to impress you. This one is built to equip you. The Keys Library exists because I believe an educated client makes better decisions, and better decisions are how you win in real estate, whether it's your first condo or your fifth rental property.

Everything here is free, written in plain English, and updated as the market moves. No gated "market reports" that are really sales pitches. No jargon designed to make you feel like you need me to translate. If you learn something here and buy with another agent, I still count that as a win.

How I work

  • Education first. We'll talk through your options (loan programs, neighborhoods, strategies) before we talk about touring homes.
  • Honest about the numbers. If the math doesn't work, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a deal than watch you buy a bad one.
  • Actually responsive. In a market where homes still move in weeks, not months, waiting two days for a callback can cost you the house.
  • Investor-minded. I geek out over house hacking, BRRR, and cash-flow math. Even if you're "just" buying a home to live in, you'll benefit from thinking like an investor.
